We are currently hiring two Security Guards for day-shift positions (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). In this vital role, you will help ensure the safety and security of our staff, patients, visitors, and campus facilities, playing an essential part in supporting our mission at Western State Hospital. You will assist WSH management in enforcing hospital rules, regulations, policies, and statutory law.
We are seeking individuals who can quickly adapt to their environment, proactively manage safety and security situations, and be an effective member of our team. Your important role involves patrolling the campus, intervening and de-escalating in uncertain or crisis situations, and acting as a liaison between emergency responders and hospital leadership.
