The Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Route Sales Representative is a dynamic field role based in Des Moines, IA, and surrounding areas. In this position, you will serve as the face of our brand, delivering premium meat snacks to retail grocery chains. The role combines sales expertise with logistical precision, requiring you to build strong relationships with key accounts while ensuring product availability and presentation on store shelves.
This is a customer-facing opportunity where you will manage your own assigned territory. A key aspect of the role involves traveling to support regional growth, with one to two overnight travel days required every three weeks (company-paid). You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to strategize and execute sales growth initiatives within your region.
Candidates selected for this position will undergo a third-party background check and Drug/Alcohol Screening. Face-to-face interviews will be conducted for qualified applicants; specific dates, times, and locations will be shared directly after the application is submitted.
