About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style while assisting with all store operations. You will provide one-of-a-kind service by building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store environment. This role is designed for someone who thrives on leading by example, coaching associates to deliver outstanding customer service, and executing solutions to solve customer problems and store needs.
Hiring Process
Successful candidates' wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position. The expected base wage for this Minnesota-based position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr with overtime eligibility. Pay ranges are provided in compliance with state-specific laws and may differ in other locations.
