We are seeking Driver Testers to join our team in April/May 2026. This role is critical to supporting our vehicle operations, ensuring safety, and providing accurate feedback to engineering teams to evolve our technology.
As a Driver Tester, you will spend 4-8 hours a day driving with a priority on safety while conducting basic software operation tasks. You will support missions through a wide variety of roles in and out of vehicles, assisting with documentation, metrics, and vehicle maintenance. A key part of your day involves providing accurate written and oral feedback to engineering teams and ensuring the readiness, cleanliness, and logistical support of vehicles and equipment.
To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 36 months of safe driving experience and an excellent driving history with no criminal history. You must be able to type 45 WPM (a test will be provided) and possess basic vehicle and technology knowledge. A proactive mindset and resourcefulness are essential. While a Bachelor's degree, equivalent technical experience, or military experience is a plus, the core focus is on your driving capability and communication skills.
Driver Testers work Wednesday through Sunday or Thursday through Monday, with shifts rotating between Day (6:45 AM–3:15 PM or 7:45 AM–4:15 PM) and Night (2:45 PM–11:15 PM or 3:45 PM–12:15 AM).
We offer competitive compensation of $25.00 per hour, plus bonuses for working weekends and nights.
