About the Role
In Sparks, NV, we are seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light-duty trucks and work equipment at customer sites. You will drive vehicles including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll-offs while performing both driving and non-driving duties associated with hazardous waste clean-up. This position requires a team atmosphere where you will assist field laborers, perform manual labor to fulfill customer needs, and handle site remediation and equipment decontamination.
Safety is our #1 priority, and we live it 365 days a year. As a driver, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safe work practices, properly placarding vehicles to meet DOT requirements, and maintaining daily logs and reports. By position, you will also be on a rotating basis for emergency response every other week and may be required to handle hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA standards.
