About the Role

As a Driver - CDL (B), you are responsible for safely operating a collection truck and providing prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. You will be the face of Republic Services for your customers, interacting with them daily to ensure their routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner.

Your day involves more than just driving; you are the guardian of our safety standards. You will perform complete pre- and post-operation inspections of your vehicle, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order and reporting any safety issues immediately. You will operate manual and automatic controls to lift, load, and compact refuse, adhering strictly to company policies and federal regulations. From identifying unsatisfactory waste containers to cleaning up accidental spills, your attention to detail ensures operational readiness and minimizes downtime.

You will work as part of a team that takes pride in its work, striving to achieve goals while maintaining a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.
