About the Role
As a Driver CDL B, you will operate Republic's iconic blue trucks, playing a vital part in our daily operations. This position is designed for a reliable and safety-conscious professional who takes pride in their work. You will be responsible for performing assigned duties on designated routes, ensuring that waste collection and disposal processes run smoothly.
Your day involves more than just driving; you will engage with customers and the community in a friendly and professional manner, representing our brand at every stop. You will also collaborate with dispatchers and team members to communicate any customer impediments or safety hazards, and coordinate with the logistics team to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices for waste collection.
