About the Role
Alto is redefining the rideshare experience for drivers by eliminating the financial risks associated with personal vehicle ownership. As a W-2 employee driver, you will operate a company-provided luxury SUV to complete trips on the Uber app. This role exists to provide drivers with a stable, professional alternative to traditional gig work, offering a guaranteed hourly wage, comprehensive benefits, and the freedom to focus entirely on delivering great rides without worrying about gas, maintenance, or insurance costs.

Schedule & Flexibility
We offer full-time or part-time hours with a focus on drivers who have weekend or night availability. To be eligible, you must be willing to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) or overnight shifts beginning after 8 PM. We prioritize flexibility, allowing you to take unlimited unpaid time off with advance planning and pick up extra shifts up to 45 hours per week.
Hiring Process
To join the team, you must be eligible to drive on the Uber app with no suspensions, be at least 25 years old, and hold a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of one year of driving experience in the United States. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen, maintain a clean driving record, and be fluent in English. Immediate starts are available at our Hollywood and Inglewood locations.
