This position ensures safe and prompt transportation for PACE participants, including the delivery of meals and essential supplies. You will be the vital link that keeps our participants connected to their care and community. Your day involves prioritizing the comfort and satisfaction of those you transport, adhering to schedules while remaining flexible to adjust for unforeseen changes and individual participant needs.
Beyond driving, you will provide physical assistance to participants during boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety and dignity at every step. You will also maintain vehicle cleanliness and equipment functionality, handling biohazard materials with proper precautions. This role exists to support a supportive, patient-centered environment where every journey contributes to a senior's ability to thrive at home.
