The Driver serves as a vital link between our field operations and branch leadership, ensuring the daily rhythm of our staffing agency runs smoothly. This role goes beyond transportation; you are responsible for safely moving employees to and from job sites, events, and branch locations while coordinating dispatch activities to keep schedules on track.
In this position, you act as a safety advocate and operational liaison. You will perform wellness and safety checks at job sites, verify PPE compliance, and monitor hydration to ensure the workforce remains safe and healthy. Additionally, you manage field inventory, tracking tools and supplies, and maintain company vehicles through regular inspections and cleaning. Your ability to communicate effectively between the field and the office ensures that job sites are properly equipped and operational needs are met promptly.
