Hiring Process
To get started, you must possess a valid driver's license for at least one year and own a vehicle that meets or exceeds community safety standards and regulations. The process includes passing a background check and a driving record check. Once approved, you will need a smartphone compatible with the Lyft app (Android or iOS) to begin accepting ride requests and navigating to destinations.
