Your ability to handle and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies that arise during a ride is key to maintaining our high standards of service.
Application & Requirements
To join our team, you must possess a valid driver's license held for at least one year and pass both a background check and a driving record check. You will need to own a vehicle that meets or exceeds community safety standards and regulations, as well as a compatible smartphone (Android or iOS) to run the Lyft app. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols is essential to ensure your car is ready for every trip.
