About the Role
As a Lyft driver, you have the flexibility to choose your own hours and drive in areas that suit you best. You will use Lyft's innovative mobile app platform to connect with riders who need smooth, quick transportation, whether within the city or for longer trips. Our drivers are crucial in ensuring that every ride is a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experience for our passengers. You will serve as a professional host, maintaining hospitality to ensure rider satisfaction while navigating the city with confidence.
What You'll Experience
Your day-to-day involves using the Lyft app to accept ride requests, navigate to destinations, and handle payments seamlessly. Beyond driving, you will conduct basic maintenance checks before and after trips to ensure a safe vehicle for every passenger. You will also be the first line of support for riders, using your strong interpersonal skills to handle and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies that may arise during a ride.
