Using Lyft's innovative mobile app platform, you will connect with riders needing smooth, quick transportation for everything from city commutes to longer trips. Your day-to-day involves safely transporting riders to their destinations while maintaining professionalism and hospitality. You will be responsible for managing your time effectively to maximize your earnings, conducting basic maintenance checks before and after trips to ensure vehicle safety, and using the app to accept requests, navigate, and handle payments. Whether resolving a conflict or simply sharing a friendly conversation, your ability to handle interactions with care defines the Lyft experience.

Application Instructions

To join our team, you must possess a valid driver's license for at least one year and own a smartphone compatible with the Lyft app (Android or iOS). Your vehicle must meet or exceed community safety standards and regulations. The hiring process includes a background check and a driving record check to ensure the safety of our community. Once approved, you can start driving immediately by downloading the app and setting your availability.
