DRMP is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to lead our talented Northwest Florida drainage group. This team focuses on supporting primarily transportation-related drainage design projects, working alongside senior staff to ensure high-quality deliverables. The group is designed to foster career development, offering a supportive environment where strong technical backgrounds can transition into leadership roles or assist seasoned leaders in guiding the team forward.
In this leadership position, you will manage workloads, coordinate with other regional group leaders, and mentor junior staff. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing the design and production of construction details, plans, specifications, and estimates while collaborating with clients, subconsultant partners, and technical staff across multiple disciplines. Beyond technical oversight, you will play a key role in business development by supporting proposal pursuits and building relationships with key staff at client organizations, potential clients, and contractors.
