About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Truck Driver/Loader to operate a straight box truck across the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of shoe inventory, including loading and unloading bags of shoes at various locations. This position involves significant travel, requiring you to be out of state for 16 to 23 days at a time.
Your day-to-day involves adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety policies while ensuring timely pickups and accurate documentation. You will collaborate closely with the office team to coordinate logistics and provide excellent customer service during client interactions. The role demands physical stamina to handle cargo in diverse environments, from hot to cold climates, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
