About the Role
The Donor Relations Manager serves as a vital link between TrueCare's mission and its community of supporters. Working under the direction of the Public Information and Philanthropy Officer, this role is dedicated to expanding the donor base and fostering meaningful connections through strategic fundraising efforts. You will spearhead internal and external campaigns, utilizing marketing and communication strategies to deepen engagement with current donors and attract new ones.
In this position, you will manage initiatives across various donor database systems and collaborate closely with internal departments and outside agencies. Your day-to-day involves cultivating strong relationships with donors, overseeing the creation of compelling content across multiple mediums, and executing events that celebrate our supporters. You will also play a key part in developing strategic partnerships with corporate sponsors and foundations, ensuring that TrueCare's brand standards are maintained while driving growth and awareness for our cause.

Requirements
