About the Role

We are seeking one highly driven Dog Trainer to join our team in or near Morgan Hill, CA. This is a demanding and challenging profession designed for individuals who love dogs, possess exceptional customer service skills, and are passionate about establishing professional relationships. The role offers significant flexibility and the opportunity to earn $50,000–$70,000+ annually while working from home and doing what you love.

Day in the Life

As a Dog Trainer, you will handle and train breeds ranging from puppies to adults, addressing behaviors from anxiety to aggression. Your day will involve driving to appointments within the Morgan Hill area, interacting with the public professionally, and attending PR events. You will also be responsible for boarding at least two dogs at your residence for 14-day periods, creating dog training videos, and utilizing social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram to engage with our community. Success in this role requires self-motivation and the ability to work during peak traffic periods on weekdays and weekends.

Hiring Process

Candidates must complete a 17-day certification process at the OLK9 Training Facility.
