CACI is seeking a Document Management Technician to provide essential administrative and litigative support to the US Attorney's Office. This full-time, regular position is critical to the district's operations, with a period of performance running from the date of award through May 31, 2026, including potential one-year options. The role requires immediate availability to support the office's mission of ensuring the safety of our nation through high-performing legal support.
Working under the direction of the Administrative Officer or Project Task Leader, you will serve as the first point of contact for the office. Your day will involve managing the flow of information and visitors, ensuring that only properly cleared individuals gain access to the secure environment. You will handle incoming communications, direct citizen complaints to the appropriate agencies, and manage the receipt and distribution of sensitive legal documents, including civil rights complaints and service of process.
A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to maintaining accurate records, organizing legal binders, and assisting Automated Litigation Support staff with document redactions. You will also facilitate logistics by reserving conference rooms, managing office supplies, and providing courier services to courthouses and federal agencies. This role demands a high level of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure while navigating the government's office and network environments.
Candidates must be able to obtain a DOJ MBI clearance, which requires US citizenship. The position is covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA), with pay and benefits meeting or exceeding the Department of Labor's wage determination for the work location. While an undergraduate degree is preferred and litigation support experience is valued, the primary focus is on the ability to perform detailed work accurately and follow complex instructions.
At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do. As a valued team member, you will join a high-performing group dedicated to our customer's missions. We foster a culture of integrity and an environment of trust, offering the autonomy to take time needed through a unique flexible time off benefit and access to robust learning resources. Together, we advance our nation's most critical missions and find opportunities to break new ground in your career.
CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other protected characteristic.
