About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated DME Specialist to join our team, where you will play a vital role in coordinating and arranging Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for our patients. This position serves as a critical liaison between patients, physicians, site coordinators, and clinical staff, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service delivery.
Working under the direct supervision of Pharmacists, you will administer DME products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Your day-to-day involves managing inventory, addressing patient needs promptly, and collaborating with the Administrator and Site Coordinator on quality assurance and program evaluation. The role requires a fast-paced approach to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining strict adherence to center policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleOrient new staff and provide in-services as directed
- check_circleAssist with Quality Assurance, Utilization Review, and Safety Committee activities

- check_circlePerform month-end DME duties per the DME manual
Requirements
- verifiedATC, PT, PTA, OT, or OTA certification
