About the Role

We are hiring a Divorce & Family Law Litigation Attorney to manage contested family law matters from intake through resolution. This is an opportunity for a confident, thoughtful litigator who knows how to move cases forward, prepare thoroughly, advocate effectively in court, and guide clients through difficult transitions with steady judgment.

You will have meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and regular courtroom experience. The role involves developing case strategy, executing proactively with strong attention to deadlines, and representing clients in hearings, conferences, motion practice, depositions, and negotiations. You will counsel clients with a balance of empathy, realism, and sound strategic judgment while maintaining organized files and clear communication throughout the life of each matter.
