About the Role
The Division Manager serves as a crucial link between our corporate office and our 9-13 locations. This role is designed to oversee all aspects of fuel sales, inside retail, prepared food, facility maintenance, inventory control, and local marketing. Beyond operational oversight, the Division Manager plays a vital role in increasing profits while safeguarding company assets.
You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team, providing ongoing coaching and support to store managers and their associates. Your day-to-day involves guiding managers to focus on achieving the company's mission and vision, analyzing statistical data to drive sales and profit growth, and ensuring strict adherence to corporate standards in housekeeping, sanitation, security, and safety. You will also engage in community involvement initiatives to strengthen our local presence.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to maintain a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, as travel between locations is a core requirement.
