We are hiring a District Sales Manager to lead our rental facilities across the Northeast, including Bridgeport and Charleston, WV; Geneva and Niagara Falls, NY; Leetsdale, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; and Muncy, PA. This role is for someone ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction.
As a District Sales Manager, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to perform to their highest potential. You will be responsible for building a strong team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing amazing people. Your day will involve conducting monthly reviews with sales representatives to understand territory trends, identifying revenue opportunities, and establishing measurable goals. You will manage and support job site activities with both remote and on-site involvement, ensuring maximum sales performance and a safe, healthy work environment. You will also assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
