About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to driving store operations and team performance during the critical holiday season. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role serves as the operational backbone for an average of three Spirit Halloween locations.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of store management, from the initial construction and opening phases to the final tear-down and closing procedures. Your day-to-day focus includes managing sales targets, controlling expenses, handling payroll, and leading recruiting, training, and employee relations efforts. This position requires a hands-on approach, with physical demands that include standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,064 to $1,089, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria.
