The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end operation of an average of three Spirit Halloween stores. Spanning from July through November, this role is critical for driving sales, managing payroll, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during the company's peak season.
In this capacity, you will manage all aspects of store operations, including recruiting, training, and employee relations, while maintaining strict expense control and minimizing shrink. A significant portion of the role involves the physical lifecycle of the stores: leading the construction and opening of new locations, managing daily operations, and overseeing the closing and teardown process at the season's end.
This position offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,352 to $1,377, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualifications.

The role is physically demanding, requiring in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking per shift. Duties include climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a flexible schedule. Candidates are expected to have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
