About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to driving the success of Spirit Halloween's retail operations. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role serves as the operational backbone for an average of three stores, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial construction and opening to the final tear-down.
As the District Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, payroll management, recruiting, training, and employee relations. You will also be responsible for expense control and shrinkage prevention. This position demands a hands-on approach, requiring you to actively participate in the physical setup and breakdown of store fixtures, as well as the daily management of a fast-paced retail environment.
