About the Role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end operation of an average of three Spirit Halloween stores. This role is critical to the brand's seasonal success, spanning from July through November.
As the District Sales Manager, you will manage all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations. You will also be responsible for expense control, shrinkage prevention, and the full lifecycle of the stores: construction, opening, daily operations, and the final tear-down.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualifications.
Physical Requirements
The role is physically demanding, requiring in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking per shift. Duties include climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a flexible schedule. Candidates are required to have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
