The District Operations Supervisor is the cornerstone of our Nashville district's operational success. In this role, you will directly supervise a team of customer service and equipment processing personnel, guiding them to exceed customer expectations while adhering to all operational regulations and standards. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the district, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently, and that the delivery of equipment and services aligns with our commitment to quality and excellence.
Day-to-day, you will lead by example, fostering a customer-centric culture where satisfaction is the primary focus. You will delegate authority to your team to maximize their job ownership and commitment, while providing timely guidance and feedback to help them excel. From managing equipment inventory and par levels to overseeing staffing schedules and resolving conflicts, your leadership will ensure that the district operates seamlessly. You will also drive performance by setting challenging goals, tracking progress, and inspiring your team to achieve stretch objectives.
