About the Role
The District Manager serves as a strategic business partner and a key member of the field operation leadership team. In this role, you will lead, manage, and develop an assigned district to achieve operational success and financial profitability. You will be responsible for driving company programs and initiatives across operations, marketing, sales, maintenance, and risk management.
You will develop and lead corporate location management teams, providing strategic and tactical support to grow revenue and profit. This position requires a leader who can create strategies, develop solutions, and foster a high-performance environment across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleDirect fleet distribution activities to ensure vehicle availability at various locations
- check_circleBuild and maintain professional relationships with local business and governmental agencies
- check_circleEnsure all Quality Assurance standards are maintained across operations
- check_circleCollaborate with Corporate Sales and Marketing to develop sales policies and local marketing plans
- check_circleOversee fleet maintenance, repair, and reconditioning operations
- check_circleForecast, budget, and manage financial drivers including revenue, transactions, and fleet size
- check_circleHire, supervise, train, and evaluate manager and employee staff performance
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in business or related field
- verifiedThree or more years operations and sales experience
- verifiedAt least one year at the supervisory level
- verifiedValid driver's license and good driving record
