As a District Buildings Systems Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota, you will contribute to innovative infrastructure projects that shape the future of your community. This role is designed for those who want to see their work have a tangible impact where life happens and communities connect.
In this position, you will serve as a key leader within the district, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across building system trades. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and strategic project management, reviewing progress against drawings and specifications while identifying risks and opportunities across multiple projects. Your day will involve navigating complex contract details, negotiating change orders, and coordinating with utility providers to keep projects on schedule.
Beyond technical oversight, you will be a mentor and coach to building systems employees, fostering a culture of growth and development. You will also be the primary point of contact for resolving disputes, providing technical assistance during litigation, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
PCL's total rewards are designed to support your growth, well-being, and future success. As an employee owner, you build long-term value alongside the company. We offer competitive compensation, including annual discretionary performance bonuses and a 401(k) with a company match.
Our benefits package includes industry-leading medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with prescription drug services, telemedicine, and life insurance. We prioritize your work-life balance and well-being with paid parental leave, family care support, and mental health resources through our Employee Assistance Programs.
We are committed to your professional evolution, offering career growth pathways, leadership development, and mentorship programs. Through PCL's College of Construction, you will have access to world-class training and ongoing opportunities to learn new skills, explore different roles, and grow your career across sectors and regions.
At PCL, we are building a future that is inclusive, resilient, and full of opportunity. We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone belongs.
