The Operations Supervisor (Paramedic) is an integral part of our future, joining us in District 40 (Athens, Jackson) for the day shift. This unique role blends clinical practice with leadership, requiring you to operate clinically on every shift while simultaneously leading and coordinating functions within your assigned district.\n You will oversee front-line staff, managing day-to-day district and station-specific operations. Depending on needs, you may also be assigned a specific functional area to manage staff and activities. Beyond direct supervision, you will assist in managing the programs, systems, and services that support overall operations. Your mission is to transmit the organization's values, communicate ideas, coach and mentor others, manage resources, and ensure that MedCare's core values are implemented in every interaction.
