As a pharmacist for our Long-Term Care Pharmacy, you will work in an exciting, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, ensuring the continuation of pharmacy management's goals and objectives within the dispensing pharmacy. This role is designed for someone with a phenomenal work ethic who is dedicated to providing outstanding service and ensuring that the appropriate drug product reaches the customer both efficiently and safely.
You will be an integral member of the pharmacy team, where your success is driven by your ability to lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service. The most successful pharmacists in this position demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritize workflow effectively. Your contributions will position CVS Health as a leader within the LTC marketplace.

At least two (2) years of long-term care experience. West Virginia pharmacist licensure or willingness to become licensed in West Virginia. Immunization certification or willingness to become immunization certified. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently to plan, develop and coordinate pharmacy activities. Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex topics using reasoning abilities to apply advanced mathematical concepts and draw valid conclusions. Knowledge of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacist guidelines for practice, state and federal regulations, and drug indicators for long term care centers. Knowledge of all government regulations impacting upon pharmacy.
