About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to serve as the central hub for our daily transportation and delivery operations. In this fast-paced environment, you will coordinate the movement of freight, manage driver assignments, and ensure the integrity of temperature-sensitive shipments. This role is critical for maintaining efficient workflows, resolving real-time logistical challenges, and acting as the primary point of contact for drivers, internal teams, and customers.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of dispatch operations, from scheduling routes and monitoring flight monitors to handling freight recovery at local airports. Whether managing cold chain packaging or troubleshooting delivery issues on the fly, your ability to maintain a sense of urgency and attention to detail will directly impact our service quality and compliance standards.
