About the Role

As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and organization. Your role ensures that all cooking utensils, china, equipment, flatware, and glassware are washed and stored properly in compliance with local health department standards and Suburban Inns' Core Values. Beyond the technical duties, you play a vital part in the guest experience by ensuring the kitchen environment supports a seamless service that leaves guests 100% satisfied.

Culture & Appearance

We believe in a professional yet inclusive environment. While a uniform shirt and hat are provided, team members are responsible for approved black slacks or Dockers (no yoga-style) and black, close-toed, non-slip shoes. We maintain high standards for personal grooming; hair must be kept well-groomed, and all facial piercings must be approved by management. Tattoos that are not covered by the work uniform must also be approved. We strictly prohibit any tattoos deemed offensive based on racial, sexual, religious, ethnic, or other protected characteristics, ensuring a respectful workplace for all.
