Founded in 1986, Public Consulting Group (PCG) is a leading public sector solutions firm dedicated to improving lives. With approximately 2,000 professionals across the U.S., we partner with health, education, and human services agencies to deliver sustainable, responsible solutions. Our Human Services team specifically supports state and municipal agencies in keeping their promises to the children, adults, and families they serve.
This position is a vital link in our mission to build stronger communities and better serve populations in need. You will work directly with foster youth electronic case files to identify children eligible for Social Security Administration (SSA) benefit programs. Your work ensures that vulnerable populations receive the support they are entitled to, making meaningful and lasting changes in government organizations.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison with clients, providing expert guidance to case workers and managing the end-to-end application process. From gathering supporting evidence and filing applications to tracking pending cases and facilitating consultative exams, you will maintain comprehensive records and provide periodic training to staff. This is an opportunity to use your professional skills to drive operational excellence and improve outcomes for those in need.
PCG is committed to a fair and efficient hiring process. Qualified applicants will be considered for interviews based on their qualifications and fit for the team. Please note that PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, age, disability, or any other status protected under federal, state, or local law. PCG believes in health, equality, and prosperity for everyone so we can succeed in changing the ways the public sector works.
