Join our Human Services team to use your professional skills in building stronger communities and serving populations in need. This role focuses on making meaningful, lasting changes within government organizations by ensuring foster youth receive the support they deserve. You will serve as the primary liaison with clients, providing expert guidance to case workers and managing the end-to-end process of identifying and securing Social Security benefit eligibility for foster youth. From screening electronic case files to facilitating consultative exams and maintaining precise records, your work directly impacts the financial stability and well-being of vulnerable children.
