The Southwest Regional Office is responsible for commercial mortgage origination and portfolio management efforts across nine states in the Southwest U.S., including key markets in Texas, Colorado, Missouri, and Louisiana. Over the past four years, this office has originated approximately $4.5 billion in fixed and floating rate mortgages, working with top-tier owners, developers, investment advisors, pension funds, private equity firms, and mortgage brokers.
As a Director or Senior Director of Commercial Mortgage Originations, you will lead proactive solicitation of commercial mortgage loan opportunities through developers, institutional owners, investors, and mortgage brokers. You will be involved in all aspects of the mortgage lifecycle, from business development and underwriting to due diligence, negotiation, and loan closing. Additionally, you will monitor and manage the existing regional mortgage portfolio and nurture key relationships. This role requires a strong knowledge of Southwestern U.S. real estate markets and the ability to navigate complex transactions involving industrial, retail, multi-family, office, and hotel properties. Travel is required to support regional coverage.
