As the Director of Website & SEO, you will serve as the business owner and product manager for Construction.com, leading the strategy, optimization, and operational management of our high-performing digital growth platform. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Web Development, and executive leadership, driving direct impact across SEO, conversion optimization, analytics, and customer experience.
You will partner across Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Web Development, and Marketing Operations to prioritize initiatives, improve user experience, drive conversion performance, and increase organic visibility. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will have the opportunity to own and shape the evolution of Construction.com as a critical growth platform, specifically modernizing our search and website strategy as AI continues to reshape how buyers discover information online.
Reporting directly to the VP of Performance Marketing, you will lead the charge in defining and executing Dodge's AI Search Optimization (AEO) strategy to improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences. This is a full-time, remote role based in the continental United States with minimal travel requirements.
