Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead end-to-end technology integration for mergers and acquisitions across IT, security, and business operations
- check_circleDefine integration strategy during due diligence and post-close phases with corporate initiatives
- check_circleTranslate business objectives into technical integration roadmaps and detailed program plans
- check_circleSupport technical due diligence activities assessing target alignment on technologies, compliance, and scalability
- check_circleDrive execution of large-scale system integrations across applications, data platforms, and security teams
- check_circleProactively identify integration risks and drive mitigation strategies for technical, operational, and security issues
- check_circleBuild and refine M&A integration playbooks, frameworks, and best practices for standardization
- check_circleCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting on program status and risks
Requirements
- verified8-10+ years of Technical Program Management or related experience
- verifiedDirect experience with M&A integration or large-scale system integration
- verifiedPMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred
- verifiedExperience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools
- verifiedWorking knowledge of security/compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR)
- verifiedJob not eligible for employment sponsorship
Nice to Have
PMP, PgMP, or Scrum certifications; Experience in high-growth tech companies or platform businesses; Familiarity in software engineering, systems engineering, or solutions architecture; Working knowledge of security/compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
