We are pioneering a new paradigm for treating mental health conditions, focused on rapid and durable responses through our investigational COMP360 synthetic psilocybin treatment. COMP360 holds Breakthrough Therapy designation from the US FDA and Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for treatment-resistant depression (TRD). We are currently in Phase 3 for TRD, have completed Phase 2 studies for PTSD and anorexia nervosa, and are planning further late-stage studies in PTSD. About the Role

The Director, Strategic Payer Accounts serves as a critical leader in driving and securing formulary access and coverage for COMP360 across Medicaid payers and key Regional (Commercial and Medicare) payers ahead of and through launch. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Payer Accounts, this role is responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic, productive customer relationships. You will develop strategic account plans that translate the COMP360 value proposition into sustainable coverage wins, partnering internally with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Commercial Operations to ensure payer strategies are executed with precision.

Requirements
