The Director of Retail Operations serves as the strategic leader for all retail activities within the Xfinity Mobile Arena, as well as off-site operations aligned with team and partner initiatives. This role is critical to maintaining the arena's reputation as an innovator in the live event experience. The Director will oversee the full spectrum of retail operations for games, concerts, and events, ensuring seamless collaboration with Marketing, Communications, and Operations departments to deliver a first-in-class customer experience. The position demands a leader who can drive revenue growth, manage complex financial performance, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
