The Director of Global Medical Affairs Program Management Office (GMA PMO) serves as the head of Medical Governance and Operations. This pivotal role is designed to standardize key operational activities across Global Medical Affairs while providing strategic Project Management support to the GMA Leadership Team. As an integral member of the growing PMO and Global Medical Excellence team, you will drive the evolution of medical processes and governance, ensuring the delivery of results on-time and within budget.
In this position, you will manage critical medical processes, including the Global and US Medical Review Committee, the Grants Review Committee, and the Contracting process. You will act as a liaison to key cross-functional partners such as Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial, fostering effective communication across all functions, franchises, and regions. The role requires a problem-solver who can maintain a big-picture perspective while supporting day-to-day tactics, thriving in an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
This position reports to the Vice President of Global Medical Excellence within GMA.
