The Director of Performance Marketing & Digital Commerce serves as the strategic architect for full-funnel digital growth. This position sits at the critical intersection of performance marketing, ecommerce optimization, retail media, and customer journey analytics. The role exists to translate complex data insights into actionable business outcomes, driving revenue growth across owned ecommerce platforms, retail marketplaces, and paid media channels.
In this capacity, you will oversee the entire consumer journey, diagnosing performance gaps to improve conversion, efficiency, and overall digital revenue. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and commercially driven, capable of bridging the gap between data interpretation and strategic execution to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer lifetime value.
