Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePlan development of campaign journeys for target segments in partnership with brand marketing
- check_circleSupport strategic initiatives including persona development, segmentation, and patient services strategies
- check_circleDefine, document, and implement operational best practices for tactic development and campaign execution
- check_circleCoordinate seamless execution of omnichannel programs with cross-functional partners
- check_circleCollaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure coordination of content development
- check_circleDefine KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of digital channels and omnichannel initiatives
- check_circleEstablish a learning agenda to continuously test, optimize, and iterate on campaign performance
- check_circlePartner with Commercial Operations and IT to build and maintain reporting dashboards
- check_circleDefine and refine engagement plans based on customer behaviors, needs, and preferences
- check_circleOwn day-to-day operations for owned channels including maintaining content calendars
Requirements
- verifiedBS degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- verified10+ years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel marketing or operations
- verifiedExperience in life sciences or healthcare industry preferred
