About the Role
Join one of the most respected and innovative service companies in the country as the Director of Training and Client Relations. In this pivotal position, you will have the opportunity to display creativity and utilize available resources to meet the evolving needs and goals of the agency and its individual producers.
You will primarily be responsible for onboarding new agents, coordinators, and lead generators. Your focus will extend to delivering comprehensive training on sales techniques, technical and non-technical skills for selling insurance products, and processing sales. Additionally, you will oversee training on insurance underwriting and carrier requirements, ensuring that all processes and procedures support the overall business unit while protecting carrier, industry, and agency standards.

Requirements
