Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleLead the full commercial team including sales reps, business development, and estimators
  • check_circleDrive revenue growth while improving gross margin discipline and forecast accuracy
  • check_circleInstall strong commercial operating cadence including pipeline and quote reviews
  • check_circleOwn Salesforce adoption as a management tool for pipeline, quoting, and forecasting
  • check_circleSupport consultative selling on larger and more complex opportunities
  • check_circlePartner with operations to ensure sold work is executable and aligned with capacity
  • check_circleCoach, develop, and upgrade commercial talent as needed
  • check_circleImprove proposal speed, consistency, and profitability across the organization

Requirements

  • verified8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience
  • verified4+ years in a sales leadership role
  • verifiedExperience leading teams in commercial contracting, technical services, building systems, security, fire/life safety, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or similar environment
  • verifiedExperience working with customer-facing salespeople and technical estimating / pre-sales resources
  • verifiedExperience selling complex solutions with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
  • verifiedStrong Salesforce or comparable CRM experience

Nice to Have

Direct experience in security, fire/life safety, or low-voltage systems. Familiarity with recurring service or maintenance revenue models. Arizona market knowledge or local customer relationships. Experience with proposal process improvement and pricing discipline.
