About the Role
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead our interdisciplinary team, driving the development and oversight of clinical operations to ensure optimal recovery for our patients. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency, ensuring that our programs not only meet rigorous regulatory standards but also embody a culture of safety and professional growth.

Requirements

- verifiedBLS certification; ACLS preferred
- verifiedDemonstrated competency in regulatory compliance (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission)
Nice to Have
Advanced certification in rehabilitation or healthcare management (e.g., NCS, OCS, ATP, or equivalent). Certification in healthcare leadership, administration, or quality improvement. ACLS certification (depending on setting).
