Cherrelyn Healthcare Center is a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Littleton, CO, part of Stellar Senior Living. Operating for over 12 years, the facility is defined by stable leadership, consistent census, and a therapy team that has built a real culture over time. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will work directly alongside Occupational Therapists to help residents rebuild the functional skills that matter most to them. You will carry an assigned caseload under OT supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and quality-of-life outcomes.
The role is designed for clinicians who enjoy building relationships with older adults over a full course of care, rather than rushing through short sessions. You will collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and care coordination teams to ensure comprehensive care.
