About the Role

We are actively recruiting a Director of Product & Business Solutions to join our Business Operations team. This is a strategic leadership opportunity designed for a forward-thinking leader who excels at translating business strategy into scalable solutions. You will serve as the strategic bridge between business leaders and execution, ensuring business needs are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered through systems, projects, data, and process improvement.

In this role, you will lead the Product & Business Solutions analysts to drive enterprise transformation and maximize technology value. You will shape the direction of the enterprise product roadmap, establish governance to maximize value from existing technologies, and build organizational capabilities for the future. Your work will directly impact how business strategy becomes execution, balancing innovation with risk while leveraging data to quantify efficiency gains and customer experience enhancements.

Location & Work Model

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment. While the role may work in any available Horizon Farm Credit branch location, preferred locations include Mechanicsburg, PA, Winchester, VA, Mount Joy, PA, or Frederick, MD.
