About the Role
We are actively recruiting a Director of Product & Business Solutions to join our Business Operations team. This strategic leadership opportunity is designed for a forward-thinking leader who excels at translating business strategy into scalable solutions while building strong partnerships across the organization.
In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business leaders and execution. You will lead the Product & Business Solutions analysts to drive enterprise transformation, maximize technology value, and ensure business needs are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered through systems, projects, data, and process improvement. Your mission is to shape direction while building organizational capabilities for the future, acting as the primary point of accountability for Business Solutions engagement with business owners and senior leaders.
Location & Work Model
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment. While the role may work in any available Horizon Farm Credit branch location, preferred locations include Mechanicsburg, PA, Winchester, VA, Mount Joy, PA, or Frederick, MD.

Requirements
